The MODEN Guest is a sleek, storm-resistant 3D-printed unit designed to serve as a guest home, ADU, or rental suite. Ideal for resort communities, backyard installations, or off-grid retreats, it combines modern design, smart technology, and efficient space planning in a compact footprint.

Includes:

  • Smart Tech Integration: Tesla Powerwall, Starlink Internet, Google Nest thermostat, Ring security, and optional EV/golf cart charging station.
  • Hurricane-Rated Durability: Built to withstand 180+ mph winds with reinforced composite concrete walls and a standing seam metal roof.
  • Sustainable Systems: Equipped with advanced reverse osmosis water filtration and optional solar or compact wind turbine integration.
  • Interior Layout: Typically 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a multipurpose living area, compact kitchenette, and stackable washer/dryer zone.
